Refund Policy

Gold Coin EA and Gold Coin Pro are offered with a demo-first evaluation period to allow users to test the software before committing to any paid license.

Demo Access

All users are encouraged to fully evaluate the software using the free demo before purchasing a license. The demo provides access to the core trading logic under real market conditions.

Digital Product Nature

Gold Coin licenses are digital products delivered electronically and activated upon purchase. Once a license has been issued and activated, it is considered delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital software and immediate license activation:

Refunds are not provided for activated licenses
Refund requests based on trading performance, market conditions, or user configuration are not eligible
Refunds will not be issued for misunderstanding of risk or strategy behaviour

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

Duplicate payments made in error
Technical issues preventing license activation that cannot be resolved by support

Any approved refund is issued at our discretion after review.
